Welcome to DMG & Sons Construction, a proud branch of David Gardner's DMG Developments & Land Planning. Founded by David Gardner, a seasoned real estate developer with over 40 years of experience, DMG & Sons Construction upholds the legacy of excellence in building and development across California. From commercial properties to multimillion-dollar custom homes, David has played a significant role in creating some of the most impressive DMG structures, including the renowned 211-unit condo complex, The Boulders, in Truckee, CA.
In recent years, the leadership of DMG & Sons Construction has transitioned to David's eldest son, Cole Gardner. With a passion for building and an eye for detail, Cole has been at the helm of our DMG construction projects for over 8 years. As a project manager, general foreman, and hands-on laborer, Cole has overseen a wide range of projects, including 8 condo units at The Boulders, 7 single-family homes, and an additional custom home in Grays Crossing. His diverse experience across all aspects of construction has provided him with a deep understanding of each trade, making him an effective leader and problem solver on the job.
